Crishia works with youth and adults navigating a range of life experiences and challenges. Her approach is primarily person-centred and strengths-based, while remaining flexible and responsive to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. She will be providing counselling under the supervision of Dr. Natalya Vann, Registered Psychologist.
As a second-generation Filipino-Canadian, Crishia brings a personal appreciation for the ways culture, family, identity, and lived experiences can shape our well-being. She is particularly passionate about culturally responsive care and has experience supporting newcomers and refugees, including those navigating trauma, migration, displacement, loss, cultural adjustment, and major life transitions.
